We’ve recently become aware of an inventory tracking issue which has led to our store taking sales of some LTT TrueSpec cables despite having been sold out of all available inventory.
What we’re doing to resolve this:
- All affected customers will receive an email notifying them of this issue
- Affected orders will be held in their entirety until we receive additional TrueSpec Cable stock, and we’re drastically ramping up production to support this.
- We estimate shipping confirmations will go out to affected customers by mid-April
- Should this change, this page will be updated & we will provide a follow-up email to affected customers
- Those who prefer not to wait may reach out to Customer Service to have their order cancelled. Additionally, please also reach out if an address change is required to accommodate the new shipping timeline
- Please note customer service is unable to edit your order contents or split it into multiple shipment
- Affected customers will receive a complimentary $10 e-gift card
