If you choose to address your order to a freight-forwarding service, please note the following considerations prior to ordering:
- You will assume all responsibility for any logistical requirements or unforeseen issues that may arise from your choice to use a forwarding service. We will not make arrangements with the forwarding service on your behalf.
- We may be required to collect sales tax in the region where your forwarding service is based. As this is a legal requirement, we cannot prevent this from happening.
- Returns and exchanges:
- Your return label will originate in the country your lttstore.com order was addressed to. For example, if you use a US-based forwarding service but reside in Australia, your return label will still originate from the US. You'll need to arrange additional return services through the forwarding service at your own expense.
