A few minutes after sending your email, you should have received an automated message confirming that we have received it. If you did not receive such a message, your email likely has not been received by our in our helpdesk software. It may have been caught in our spam filter, or it may have been sent to the wrong email address. Please try again. If the problem persists, double check that you're sending your messages to the right place ([email protected] or use the Contact Us form) and consider using a different email account if you have access to one.
We try to answer every email we get within about 24 hours. However, in the event of high volumes of support requests this may take longer. To the best of our ability, we will provide notice of such delays on our store’s homepage as well as this FAQ.
