Merch Messages is a robust system and we can confidently say that we receive all messages that are submitted.When a Merch Message is sent, it will not immediately display. There is a 3 minute waiting period before it enters a queue. Once in the queue, it waits in line for all the messages that have come before it to display before it will display itself.&#xA0;The average wait between submitting a message and having it display on screen is about 5 minutes, though in some rare cases it has gotten to be over 40 minutes.Please note that while we appreciate everyone who takes the time to send a message, due to the volume of messages we receive, it is impossible for us to guarantee that yours will be seen, displayed, or responded to, and will be unable to offer compensation of any kind in the event that your merch message is not sent successfully for any reason.
