I need to cancel my order, or modify the order’s contents in some way. How can I do that?Updated 2 years ago

Please contact us right away if you need to cancel or modify your order.

If canceled successfully, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If the order is edited and its value increases, we will send you an email invoice to pay for the remaining balance. If the value is lower, we will refund the difference.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify your order if it has been shipped. If your order has been shipped but you would still like to forgo your purchase, or modify it in any way, contact us and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you.
