I placed an order with the wrong address. How can I fix it?Updated 6 months ago
Please contact us right away to request an address change and we will be happy to accommodate you if it is possible to do so.
If your order has not yet been shipped, it should generally be possible to have your order's address edited.
Note: in order to ensure we are collecting the correct sales tax rate, we may be required to cancel/refund your order and have you reorder it rather than editing the existing orders' address.
Unfortunately we cannot change the address of an order that has already been shipped out. If this has occurred, please collect your order at its current shipping address if at-all possible. If you know that it will be impossible for you to receive your order as a result, please contact us anyway and we will be happy to work out an alternative solution.
Currently there is no self-serve method for changing your order's address, though we may implement one in a future site update.
