My backpack doesn't stand upright like in the product photos. Is this normal?Updated 10 months ago
Yes. While your backpack will stand upright at first, over time it is normal for the backpack to become less rigid in its shape and this may cause it to not stand up perfectly straight. Given a long enough period of time you may have to lean your backpack up against something in order to prevent it from tipping over. This is considered normal wear and tear and will not be cause for a warranty replacement.
You can reduce the likelihood of this happening by making sure to pack your backpack in such a way as to focus the majority of the weight towards the rear of the backpack, however this will not work indefinitely and all backpacks may eventually wear to the point of leaning forward.
