My customs/tax authority/accountant has asked me to provide an invoice for my order. Where can I obtain this?Updated a year ago

At the time that you placed your order, you should have received an order confirmation email. This email contains a summary of your entire purchase, and itemizes the cost of each item as well as shipping and tax. Thus, it inherently qualifies as an invoice/proof of the value of your goods.

To generate a PDF copy of your email in gmail/Windows, click "Print" and then "Save as PDF." The process may vary slightly depending on what email program you use as well as your operating system. This PDF can then be forwarded to the relevant party.
