This can be the fastest way to have your order located and properly delivered, as any additional information required by the courier can be supplied right away.
In the event that the courier is unable to provide assistance in locating your order, they will generally suggest that you get in contact with us. If this is the case, let us know that you have contacted your courier as soon as possible and we would be happy to provide further assistance.
