My order has been returned-to-sender. What should I do?Updated 2 years ago

Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once this occurs it is generally not possible to redirect the package back to you.


Please contact us as soon as you can. We will help diagnose why your order was returned (if possible), and you will be given the opportunity to select either a re-shipment or a refund. If you opt for a re-shipment, at our discretion we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee if it's determined that your order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pay customs fees.


Please note that depending on stock availability, it may not be possible to re-ship your order exactly as you originally ordered it, particularly as not all returned-to-sender shipments make their way back to us (some must be donated or destroyed). If that is the case, the agent that responds to you will let you know and work with you on an alternative solution.
