My order looks like it hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?Updated 5 days ago
If you have received a shipping confirmation: your order has been shipped or will be shipped within the next business day.
- While your order will leave our facility within 1 business day, it may take up to 3 business days for the next tracking event to appear.
- Please note that we cannot edit or cancel orders which have a shipping confirmation.
If no further tracking events take place within 3 business days, please contact support as this may indicate a problem with your order.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation and the order was placed more than 2 business days ago, take the following actions:
Double check that you have not ordered a backordered product such as a limited-edition T-shirt. Backordered products are noted as such in their description, along with an expected ship-by date. The entire order will be held until all products are ready to ship.
If desired, you may contact support to have non-backordered goods shipped on a separate order. Please note an additional shipping fee will usually apply.
If there are no backordered products, please contact support as this may indicate a problem with your order.
