One or more of the carabiner zipper pulls on my backpack is misaligned or has snapped off completely. How can I get this fixed?Updated a month ago

We're very sorry to hear that your LTT Backpack's carabiner zipper pulls have failed!

We are aware that the carabiner zipper pulls on the LTT Backpack have a common failure point that often leads to them breaking. Currently, we're manufacturing a user-serviceable replacement kit for these which will allow you install an improved carabiner design (or normal zipper pulls) yourself. This kits will also assist in tightening the crown/bridge of the zipper slider for any zipper pulls that may have fallen off.

These will be shipped to all backpack owners free of charge in the near future.
The process of replacing your carabiners is extremely simple; check out the instructional video if you'd like a preview! lmg.gg/carabiner

Existing LTT Backpack owners whose zipper pulls are not currently broken and whose address has not changed since purchasing the backpack do not need to take any action to receive their repair kits. Those whose address has changed, those who purchased their backpack at an in-person event, and/or those whose zipper pulls are currently broken are invited to fill out this google form.

New LTT Backpacks now come with standard (non-carabiner style) zipper pulls. Purchasers will receive a carabiner repair kit later on (within a similar timeframe to existing owners) in case they would like to optionally add carabiner-style zipper pulls.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue and appreciate our customers' patience and understanding as we work to get an improved zipper pull design in your hands. Unfortunately, there's no quick way to do this due to the realities of design and production timelines, but please be assured we are taking all possible measures to ensure this work is completed as quickly as possible.

UPDATE 7/05/2023:
The final repair kit design is now approved and in production. We are aiming to have all repair kits shipped out to customers later this year.

UPDATE 10/31/2023: Newly-purchased backpacks now come with standard (non-carabiner) zipper pulls. Purchasers of new backpacks will still receive a carabiner repair kit at the same time as everyone else in case they would like to add carabiner zipper pulls later on.

UPDATE 12/28/2023:
Existing LTT Backpack owners whose zipper pulls are not currently broken and whose address has not changed since purchasing the backpack do not need to take any action to receive their repair kits. Those whose address has changed, those who purchased their backpack at an in-person event, and/or those whose zipper pulls are currently broken are invited to fill out this google form.

UPDATE 2/27/2024: Approximately 500 replacement carabiners have now been shipped, with more on the way in the near future, and the feedback we've received on the new zipper pulls so far is extremely positive. We will announce further details as soon as we are able to.
