One or more of the carabiner zipper pulls on my backpack is misaligned or has snapped off completely. How can I get this fixed?Updated 5 months ago
We're very sorry to hear that your LTT Backpack's carabiner zipper pulls have failed!
We are aware that the carabiner zipper pulls on the LTT Backpack have a common failure point that often leads to them breaking. A user-serviceable replacement kit is available to replace these faulty zipper pulls with a new, more-durable design. To request a kit, contact customer service via the form below.
Please note that it is not recommended to install a Carabiner Replacement Kit unless your zipper pulls are currently broken. While we've worked hard to make the installation process as user-friendly as possible, there is still a small risk of causing further damage to your backpack during the install.
To see a video of the installation process, check out our install guide at lmg.gg/carabiner.
