What charges such as customs, duty, or sales tax should I expect when ordering from you?Updated a year ago

Orders shipped to a US or Canadian address will not be subject to any customs charges, but may be subject to sales tax depending on your jurisdiction.

As our business is physically located in Canada, if you’re buying from outside the US and Canada it is possible that customs & duty may be assessed upon your parcel's arrival at the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately we are not able to provide quotes for customs and duty at checkout or through customer support.

Customs and duty charges are distinct from sales taxes (sometimes referred to as GST, VAT, or other terms depending on where in the world you are located). If you have been charged for sales tax, this will be reflected in your total during the checkout process. If we did not collect sales tax, it may be collected at the time of import alongside any customs and duty that may also apply. The final courier of your parcel may also collect an additional handling fee for customs-clearing your parcel.

Please note: sales taxes, customs/duty, and customs handling fees are not covered in any way by your shipping fee. Similarly, customs/duty fees are not covered by any sales taxes we may be required to collect.

Our full customs and duty policy can be found here.
