What company(s) will ship my order?Updated 2 years ago

All lttstore.com orders are shipped through Wizmo, a service which allows us to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible. Wizmo picks up your order from our warehouse in Richmond, BC, and then forwards it to another courier. Exactly which courier is used depends on your location and the weight of your order; the lowest-cost option will be used.

Canadian customers will usually receive their order via Canada Post. In some large metro areas such as Toronto or Vancouver, a small-volume local courier may be used instead.

US customers will receive their order via LaserShip, UPS or USPS.

Outside the US and Canada, your order will be transferred to the US and then handed off to either Asendia or DHL eCommerce. These companies will transport your order to the destination country, and then hand it off to a local courier (usually your local postal service) for final-mile delivery. Important: your local postal service may require you to pickup your package if customs fees are due, rather than delivering it to your listed address. There is no way for us to prevent this or work around it if this happens.
