Our full return & exchange policy can be found here in the "Info" section at the bottom of this page. 

In short, returns and exchanges are allowed for up to 30 days, starting when your order is delivered. Returned goods must be in identical condition to when they arrived to be eligible for return/exchange.

To begin a return or exchange, contact us.

If you are trying to return an item that is defective or was damaged in shipping, please let us know so that we can make appropriate accommodations. Damaged/defective items that are returned without explanation may be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

In the event that reply-times are delayed: the timing of when you requested your return/exchange will still be honored, even if the 30-day limit has passed by the time you hear back.
