What are the terms of my backpack's Limited Lifetime Warranty? How do I submit a claim?Updated 2 years ago

To submit a claim, contact us and describe the issue that you are having in as much detail as possible. At the support agent's discretion, in order to ensure we understand the situation fully you may be asked to submit a photo or video demonstrating the issue. We ask that you please comply with any such requests in order for us to assist you with your claim as quickly as possible.

If we determine that your backpack is defective, further instructions will be provided in accordance with the warranty terms. This may amount to you being provided with a refund, store credit, replacement product, or other products of the same value, depending on your preferences and the specifics of your situation.
